Comments:
Today we had a hard workout. I felt pretty good for the first mile and I tried to get progressively faster. I definitely think that I had too much energy left over at the end. I sprinted in the end and my heart rate was only at 166 at the end. The strength workout was really hard. Thank you Taylor for getting me cake!!!! I love you!!! It definitely made my day!! :))) p.s. I'm sorry for dropping cake on your backpack, Drew...
