Comments:
6x800 at A.U. with the granolas. I tried to keep it consistent, and not fall totally behind, but the group was just completely spread out so that I spent most of the workout looking at Timmy's back and Zeke's neck. Anthony told Zeke and me not to panic and maintain ccomposure. We did 6 striders beforehand and it was a plank day.
