Comments:
Good run with a good time. Started off very well, feeling fluid and with a nice stride. I was feeling heavy by the 1/2 way point but maintained my composer. When I got tired with about a mile to go I tried a couple different running forms 1)Longer strides with more force and drive off my foot 2)Short quick srtides...Its important to not let your breathing get out of control when you get tired. Maintaning a rhythm of breaths while tired is a great tool for finishing strong!
