Weather: sunny, upper 60's, nice cool breeze, not too humid
Comments:
maybe i should just start running based on time from now on, it seems to make the miles pass by a lot easier. was shooting for 10mi, 35min out. the day off seemed to help a lot, my legs felt great, my breathing was kind of weird at first, but then got better. completely relaxed on the way out, may have picked it up a little bit too much on the way back, legs were a little tired by the finish.
Time for some tea and scones.
