went 9 with johnny and mando. felt good today, really nice out, felt a little sickly but not too bad. no pains, but my upper body was extremely sore. splts: 7:51, 7:36, 7:31, 7:38, 7:36, 8:08, 7:46, 8:08, 8:05.
