Weather: pretty cool, nice weather. very dark clouds.
Comments:
ran alone today! eek. but yeah, had a decent run, breathing was okay, not the best. shins, IT band, calves, and ankles felt pretty tight the first 1-2 miles but after the turnaround, my legs felt so much better. still working on form!! but yeah, overall a good day.
ps. i have so much homework.
