Comments:
Did the workout on the macadam because the track was blocked by some lame jv soccer game or something. Ground was really wet and slippery and it felt more like an xc workout than anything else. 90 seconds jog rest for all the repeats. Started off relaxed in the high 2:30s and steadily dropped down to the 2:26-2:27 range. Felt really easy until the last couple.
