Comments:
cruise intervals. plus all out mile. not to bad. threshold part felt pretty relaxed but it felt like each mile went on forever.wasnt bad tho. then the all out mile i felt like i could have pushed the middle alot more. i really wanted to go sub 510 and i kind of got mentally weak for like 200 meters in the middle then i really told myself to pick it up and i really did. final straightaway was fun to actual kick against someone. really pushed it the whole way with tony. easy two laps at hilton then headed back for cooldown.
