Comments:
Today was painful for most of it. My Achilles (left) decided to be a jerk off for most of it. In the end I finished and the pace was OK but having to stop to stretch for a while was annoying (also cold). By the end of the run I felt decent. However, a muscle should not take 6-7 miles to warm up.
