Comments:
Went out for a split tempo early, since I would've missed practice otherwise. The first couple miles of the tempo were fine, and on pace, but my stomach started bothering me once I started the third mile, and forced me to go at a nominally running pace, so that was kind of bad. Otherwise, my legs felt fine, so this was just kind of aggravating to have had happen.
