5 miles at my (so far this year) 5k race pace... How does that make sense???

With 75% of my body weight:
-3 mi, equiv. 6:10pace - HR 155
-3' easy pace
-1 mi, equiv. 6:05pace - HR 164
-1' easy pace
-1 m, equiv. 6:00pace - HR 167

Hip/quad feeling MUCH better today. Hopefully this is the beginning of the end of this.

One week after this one on the anti-gravity treadmill. Then perhaps to apply it to the great outdoors. :P
