Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did an easy warmup and a easy cool down.
I ran the race trying to be conservative since I usually lead the first mile I tried relaxing and just letting the guys take it out but it felt very terrible and 200 meters into the race Kevin already had a 2 second lead and I just felt heavy.
The race went on and I didn't react to any moves or anything it was bad and lazy.
I don't know my race time.
