Comments:
Race day. Felt really the morning of, no soreness and i had a really good breakfast 4 hours prior to running:oatmeal with water. I also slept well, i went to bed at 8 pm. During the warmup i felt fine. But during my race i got a stomach cramp again. I dont understand why tho, i stopped drinking water an hour before the race. And i hydrated extremely well. But i still cramped up badly.
