Comments:
I almost fell on Northpark but saved myself with wooshing arms. But even if I hadn't Thea would have caught my elbow :) Around the first lake with Thea and Laura. It was a pretty fall day.
stretch/abs/AND LIFTING! WOO!
also I iced my knee and the ice machine is making weird ice but I think I like it.
