This was hard. I probably shouldn't have eaten all those Tagalongs on the car ride there :) It was good, though. I ran with Emily and my knees are feeling a lot better. I don't actually know if I'm doing this running log stuff right... Oh but my times were 6:18 on the first mile and probably around 6:40 on the second. I forget the 800s.
