Comments:
My best A1 workout ever, for sure. All this season I've had to separate from Bryce and Dylan due to exhaustion, usually after the second interval, but this workout I hung on for the entire 10k and had enough energy at the end to race Bryce in a sprint to the finish. I was feeling 110% that day, so good.
