2x3k (9:12, 9:11) w/ 10 min rest, then 4x400 (69, 68,68,68) w/ 1 min rest.
ran in flats today, tried to just zone out and get into the fast, but comfortable and relaxed rhythm and did a good job of that. not laboring on the first 3k, only starting to breath hard on the last 1000. mile of jogging between 3k's added to cooldown
