Comments:
Ran the 4 4 4 42 2 2 2 2 2 2 workout.
It was alright on my legs but the breathing utterly sucked.
I just couldn't do it because I'm sick and I just felt like I was panicking to grasp any an all air.
Besides that I was on pace for all.
