Comments:
2x8 at I (2:25, 2:26) w/ 2 min. rest, 4x4 at R (67s) w/ 1:30 rest, 2xmile (4:55, 4:56) with 3:30 rest, 2x800(2:28, 2:26) with 2 min rest to finish it off. very hard workout, had a stomachache and lack of sleep finally caught up. right IT Band very tight today, right leg started burning really early. Also, doing the R pace work in wet trainers really killed me for the rest of the workout - especially the 2nd mile.
