Comments:
Had to get a cortisone shot in my Achilles. Feels lovely, let me tell you! That was a little less than a week ago. Finally felt up to run a little. Felt like hell in the beginning and for more than it should have for the rest of it. Only 14 bloody minutes and it wasn't comfy. Ah well, might as well be smarter with this 'comeback'. Also walked up 6 miles of a stair-master, ellipticaled for 20 minutes and did some abs, super fun times.
