Tabata Lateral Hops (Put 45# plates on the barbell and jumped side-to-side over it)
Tabata Bird Dog Holds (Front leaning rest, then raise one arm and opposite leg and hold straight out. Switch sides each interval)
Tabata Iron Cross (10# for first 4 intervals, 5# last 4. Hold a plate in each hand straight out.)
