Comments:
With the boys team. Turned various groups back early. Finished with a small group of 5. Pace started slow and built a little as we went. Generally very comfortable. I'd done a long PT session in the morning, and feet and legs were a little tired, but knees were pretty good, all in all... They were noticeably tired, though.
