Comments:
While necessary I feel like my lower legs are out to get me. Does wonders for my psyche. Run was OK but I can't run far enough to just do that at the moment. Did three miles then sixty minutes of the stairmaster. Nothing too exciting. Was very tired by the end of it though. No abs today/
