Weather: rainy at first, but it cleared up towards the end

Comments:
I did a 8x200m speed workout today with Bennett and Cole. Cole and I were pretty consistent with the pace (40-41), but Bennett was usually ahead. I couldn't start my watch on the last 200m so I ran alongside Bennett.
