90 minutes; 1.5 mile warm up (wu), 5 x 400m hill intervals over Berkely Bridge, 1.5 mile cool down (cd), 4.5 mile run to work easy.
At NYCC Fitness Center- 110 sit ups (su), Barbells: 3x12 bicep curls, 3x12 overhead press; spinner: 10x60 sec out of saddle with tension intervals, w/30 sec recoveries; Pool: 500 yards (10 laps).
