easy on treadmill. getting over my mediocre xc season, just need to remember to lighten up on the training next year and really take the rest my body needs before going into competition. really amped for track now, ideally, after some readjusted training (more stable mileage, lighter workouts, and increased strength from lifting), i can bust out some quick 3ks, 5ks, and 10ks
