Exercise Type: Walk
Comments:
I wore a scarf around my face this time to see if the warmer air helped to alleviate the sore throat and it did help a lot. I was able to jog in intervals for the duration. I realized that my jog/walk time wasn't really that much better than my brisk walk time though, so that was a little disheartening. I'm determined to better it though.
