Comments:
I thought I ran a really good race. I have no clue what my first mile was, but I felt like I ran a smart first mile. I think my second mile was the best though, and I gained a ton of group there. The last hill was really easy, and I think that my last 800 was one of my best. I got a PR, so something must have gone well there.
