Short Run

Comments:
The knee is not getting better, and I basically ran to Buck Gully, tried the first repeat, and decided to take it easy after about 4 steps. It hurt mostly on the hilly-er parts of the run (ie newport coast), and Alexis and I took it easy. I did all of my PT exercises, and hopefully that helped. It felt better about an hour later, and it is alright now. Hopefully this doesn't take me out like the last one.
