Taught my buddy Dan some Kettlebell basics then did some fun stuff.
3 Rounds:
20x H2H Swings @ 16kg
10x Push Press @ 75#
10-1 Partner Pyramid Barbell Curls @ 65#
1-10 Partner Pyramid Barbell Curls @ 55#
3 Rounds:
P1 does 10x Bent Row each arm @ 24kg
P2 does Pushups.
Switch when P1 finishes rows.
Voila! Now spaghetti and rest until Saturday :)
