Comments:
I felt very good. The pace was slow and my knee felt fine. I don't have a clue what is up. But I did PT exercises for at least 30-40 minutes, which should hopefully help. Meaghan put K-Tape on my right knee, so I am all taped up and ready to go. I think it's good that I am resting to be healthy for my next race, which I think is likely to be CIF Finals.
