Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
When we had first discussed the prospect of a post-season meet, I did not recognize how difficult it would be to prolong the XC season for another two weeks. I have felt that I have been running since June during every run in the past eight days. I haven't felt INJURED, just tired--my feet, heels, calves and even quads on some days feel awful at the moment. Maybe it's all in my head. Either way, I will muster all my mental energy for one, final, well executed race. I did one, measly set of pushups at the end.
