Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Fantastic run. :) It is finally cold so I got to break out the running tights. Ended up doing a fartlek which was a nice change of pace and made me run faster. This is the first workout I feel like is comparable to what I did in XC/track practice.
1 mile warm up, 2hard 2 soft till I reached the 1 mile cooldown
And unfortunately I have no idea my mile splits… why you ask? Cause I hit reset instead of stop on my pedometer. -_- I know at 3mi I had average 9:15 per mile though
