Lakeshore-coronation & chartwell

farthest run of the year. Started out with my 4km chartwell route, and once I did that I breaked for water, and continued to coronation park and back. The way back I could totally feel the legs tiring up, lactic acid burned a bit, but I kept my pace, and though fatigued, managed to get through.
