This was concerning. After a few days of eating unhealthily, and being all the other things I am besides a runner, I thought it better to be a runner just for a little bit today. My left knee hurt, so for the first time ever, I did a few drills by myself. In P.E. I did several pushups and planks so, there was no need for that.
