Comments:
I have not missed these. We did a short cardillo as a warm up, followed by 5 slingshots, 5 up-downs, 5 slingshots, 5 up-downs, and 5 more slingshots. Have no idea on the distance but the time for the slingshots was about 15 minutes combined. The cooldown was 10 minutes easy indoors.
