Comments:
Very rainy morning so headed to Meg's and worked out on a treadmill. Times are estimates due to machine resetting and shutting down a couple of times without my wanting it to! Ran uphill during 1st half of cool down, going up at .8 incline, then went down and jogged out last half mile.
