Title of the log is my theme for at least today, and probably all week. I have really been pushing myself to go out and do long runs. I kept telling myself that I was going to do the extra mile and I did. If I can keep up this motivation I will smash 2:45. I'm really excited about running right now. This has been 3 straight days of great workouts.

Cut down progression run today. 5 @ about 7:20, 5 @ about 6:55, and 5k @ about 6:40. Had trouble seeing near the end so that slowed me down. Overall I felt awesome. Legs a bit fatigued at the end but surprisingly strong. The mileage marks (5, 5, & 5k) were estimates, but the run total was definitely a half marathon.
