Comments:
I warmed up and cooled down five minutes. I walked 4 minutes / ran 2 minutes with five intervals. The total distance was 1.8 miles. I got it in although today was a busy work day from home and now I'm off to the lab for the next 12 hours. NO EXCUSES!!!!!
