Comments:
Planned to do another 5/5/3 progression long run. Did exactly that, but it ended up being so much faster than anticipated. I felt like I was crawling during the first 5 miles, but it ended up being sub-7 pace. Legs felt great during this, and cardio was overall ok. A bit hard to breath because of the cold weather. Even the last 3 miles at a faster pace felt smooth. Shocked at how fast this turned out because I felt like I could have matched this for another 13.
