Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A rather chilly run! Got to wear my earmuffs for part of the run though so that was kinda fun. Today restored my faith that I can actually accomplish Saturday’s race in a decent amount of time. I wasn’t fast by any means or near where I wish I was but I should be able to get close to my PR.
1 mile warmup (brrr!), 2 min. hard 2 min. easy (no idea how many repeats), 1 mile cool down (incorporated 4 strides into this mile)
Did a little bit of ab work afterwords. Feeling good. :)
