Comments:
Did pylometrics, core, and a short run today. Pylometrics:
Not sure the count but I did -
Jumping Jacks
Jump Roping (without the rope cause I have no idea where one is….)
Burpees (ugh)
“Twinkle Toes” (bouncing on your toes then dropping to the ground)
Core:
Crunches
Push Throughs
Russian Twists
“Side to Sides”
I did my run on a treadmill (bleck) but I did it fast so that was good. I hate treadmills but they are great to run on when I feel like going fast. Something about it makes me feel fast even if I’m running slower than normal.
