Fell asleep a little bit

Weather: sunny, cool. maybe even a little too cool

ran a 7.9mi loop last week, so i went for that with a little added on. legs kind of sore (esp quads, maybe from biking?) Took it really easy today. was feeling really tired when i got up, but once i got started i felt a little better, but then around 4mi i just kept going straight instead of turning and i didn't really realize it for a minute or so, so i ended up with a little bit of bonus milage. form was feeling pretty crappy on the way back.

house, np, mlk, meadow, fairhill, sp, wp, shaker, sp, np back home.

biked down to veale to lift and back, then ups.
