Weather: COLD! (43 degrees), windy, cloudy

Comments:
I do not have a stop watch other than the one on my phone so instead of doing 15sec sprint, and 30sec jog, I ran 100m and jogged 100m. I didn't time my sets so I decided to time it with the length of a song and then my break was the length of a new song. The first set was easy probably because I thought jogging 150m was equal to 30sec. The second and third set was harder Because I shortened the jogging distance to 100m. The fourth set was brutal! I alternated directions through the sets too.
