Felt great! workout went very well. the tempo mile times were: 5:46, 5:48, 5:46, 5:50, 5:43... total time was 28:56 for 5 miles. the 100 meter accelerations afterwards went well also. Did 3 mile cooldown just to add a few miles for the week total.
