Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Run 5 mins/walk 2 mins @ 2 times. I started to get pain on the inside of my right ankle so I stopped. I plan on trying again later today after my legs have some additional time to wake up and warm up. This is the first attempt with my new running shoes too so maybe I just need to adjust to them. I warmed up for 5 mins prior to training.
