Weather: Cold, windy

Comments:
A quick gym workout before TSO concert in Hershey. I started with running a mile in 8 mins then did 100 ab crunches, then arms. I did 4 machines, 2 sets of 12. Then I ran a mile and a half on eliptical in 10 mins. Then I stretched for 10 mins.
