Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Very windy! Cold, 40 degrees

Comments:
20 minute run at suburban high school. Same routine as before, the 15sec was a 100m run and the rest of the lap was slow. It was BRUTAL! The wind was terrible and by the end of the run I was wiped out. I didn't workout Christmas at all and after eating all that food, it was rough.
