Comments:
7min to 1min fartlek with 5min to 1min rest. don't know exact paces since i just did all of this as a continuous road run on the central street loop (hilly run). effort started just below threshold pace on the 7 minute rep, and get around interval pace by the middle, and at R pace for the last rep. hills and snowy sidewalks slowed down the pace a little bit. rest was a very slow jog (~8-9 min/mile)
