Comments:
I wouldn't have even thought I could do it based on earlier runs and effort levels, but managed a 10-miler at 7:05 average pace. First mile was 8:00 pace, so all the rest were pretty fast. Hopefully the fitness is coming back quickly... didn't feel like it on Thursday!
